Message from the CEO
The 2008 cooling season has been a turning point for our Motor-mate™ capacitor products. Sales are over 300% up on last year and the indications are that capacitor sales will continue through the winter in many areas.

The current economic downturn represents a huge opportunity for us going into the heating season. Consumers will increasingly be looking to repair rather than replace furnaces and air conditioning equipment. With the addition of the 80 volt we now offer a full range of igniter options to the Service Technician.

I am delighted that we have been announced as finalists in the Cooling Awards 2008, and are continuing to build our reputation in the international market. Whilst we look at the big picture, Jon Schroeder shows us that looking at the detail is important too. Building successful relationships with wholesalers on a local basis is as important to our success as promoting the product nationally and internationally. Rest assured that we will continue to promote our range of products at all levels.
