Middleby Gas Solenoid Valve 28091-0017
This is a OCM replacement for a Middleby pizza oven. The 28091-0017 gas solenoid valve works as an on/off valve. When the desired temperature is reached within the oven, the temperature control will switch off the power and the gas valve will turn off. Once the the oven cools the reverse will happen and the gas valve will turn on again. Replacing your damaged or faulty gas valve with an OCM part will assist in maintaining the efficency and performance of your oven.
